Learn how to create a new store for your retail group, and manage the one already linked to your Portal

As an admin or a manager of an ENDVR For Retailer Account, you can create and import new stores for your organization anytime.

​Step 1 - Click on your Stores tab in the left-hand menu

Create Store

Create a new Store by completing the following fields:

  • Add Profile Image

  • Add Store Name (We recommend using the same naming convention as your other stores)

  • Invite / Add Employee

  • Add Store Address / Location

  • Store Access (Locked store required approval for a user to be let in)

Import Stores


​Import your stores by Uploading or dragging your file

  • Ensure that the file contain the Store's name and address

  • Supported file types : XLS and CVS

  • Include your Store Manager contact information, if possible

Your store list will be processed, and once approved, your store will appear in the Stores tab.

​Unlocked Store πŸ”“
In an unlocked store, employees are free to join without asking for permission. They can simply download the app, search for their location, and join. Note that at any time, you'll have the option to remove them from their location. Learn how here.

Locked StoreπŸ”’
In a locked store, employees need to request to join their location, and that request must be approved by either an admin, or Store Manager associated with that location Learn how here.
