Want to end a campaign early or restart one that was paused? You can do this anytime directly from your Brand Portal in just a few steps.
Why was my campaign paused?
A campaign automatically pauses when one of the following happens:
The campaign reaches its end date, or
The campaign budget has been fully used.
How to resume your campaign
You can get your campaign running again depending on why it paused:
If the end date was reached: extend the campaign end date.
If the budget was depleted: relaunch the campaign to continue rewarding participants.
Once updated, your campaign will become active again and users can continue participating as usual.

NOTE❗
Once a campaign is ''Ended'' it cannot be relaunched.
Step 1 - Log in your Brand Portal
From your Brand Portal, select the Campaigns under the Campaign Management Tab
Step 2 - Locate your campaign
In the Campaign tab, locate the campaign you're looking to end.
Step 3 - Change Campaign Status
Select the ''Change Status'' which is located on the right-hand side. You can Either End a campaign or Activate a paused campaign.
Step 4 - Confirmation
Confirm by selecting '' Yes, I'm sure! '', once done, the campaign will move to the finished tab

Step 1 - Log in your Brand Portal
From your Brand Portal, select the Campaigns under the Campaign Management Tab
Step 2 - Locate your campaign
In the Campaign tab, locate the campaign you're looking to end.
Step 3 - Change Campaign Status
Select the ''Change Status'' which is located on the right-hand side. You will want to select Active
Step 4 - Updating the Information
The following may vary depending on the reason the campaign ended. If it was closed due to budget limits or rewards being fully depleted, you can add more rewards to resume the campaign.
