We’ve introduced an exciting update to the ENDVR app to enhance your connection with the brands you follow! You can now use the Ask a Question feature directly on the Brand Page to communicate with the brand. Fantastic, right?

❗ Note : All questions regarding the App should not be sent to the brand, but to ENDVR support via chat or at support@endvr.io

Step 1 - Choose your Brand
​In your Brand tab select the brand you would like to ask a question to.

​Step 2 - Select Ask a Question
Click the '' Ask a Question '' button to open a new conversation

​Step 3 - Type your Question
❗ Any questions related to the App should be sent to ENDVR support.
​
Questions directed to the brand should focus on the brand itself, their products, or anything specifically related to them.

​Step 3 - Live conversation
Once your question is sent, the brand will respond, and their reply will appear in the same window, right below your question. After the brand replies, you can mark the question as Solved (if it was answered) or Not Solved (if it wasn’t answered).

If you select the "Not Solved" option, a new tab will open, allowing you to respond and share an updated version of your question with the brand.

​Step 4 - Inbox
With our new chat function, each participating brand will have a "My Questions" tab, where all your questions for that brand will be stored. This functions similarly to an inbox.

​Step 4 - Monitoring your Questions
Once you've clicked on the "My Questions" tab, your ''Inbox'' will open, showing your Answered and Pending questions. From there, you can look at the answered questions, pending one and ask a new question.

Pro Tip - Notification💡
All new response will show in your Notification center. You can tap on the notification for see the brand response!
