Stores now have the ability to enable the Employee ID feature, ensuring that only current employees can access their location on the app. If your store activates this feature, you'll need to submit your Employee ID to continue using the app, accessing your store, and participating in all the amazing campaigns linked to it.

Below are the instructions on how to submit your Employee ID within the app in just a few easy steps.



Step 1 - Profile
Go to your profile section, located at the bottom right of your homepage.




Step 2 - Employee ID
Select the Submit Employee ID button, which should be located at the top of your screen as shown below​


Step 3 - Submit Employee ID
Depending on the deadline that was set by your employer, you'll be presented with one of the two options below.

Before the Deadline

This option allows you to submit your ID before the deadline, ensuring that you never lose access to your store/app once the verification is in effect.

After the Deadline

This option appears if your Employee ID wasn't provided before the deadline. To continue accessing the store, you'll need to submit your ID.

Step 4 - Invalid Employee ID
This error message occurs when the Employee ID shared doesn't match any records provided by your store. Please double-check your ID or ask your manager for assistance, then re-enter it below.
