The PAYG Plan bills users based on monthly usage, resetting the usage count at the start of each billing cycle. Ensuring a flexible, commitment-free payment structure.
To activate PAYG, a valid payment method will need to be added. You will be billed automatically based on your campaign performance at the end of each billing cycle.
Active doors are defined as a door with at least one associate that has logged in within the past 90 days

Can I have multiple subscriptions at the same time?
Yes, you can have multiple subscriptions for different functionalities. For example, you can subscribe to Incentive Basic, Learning Pro, Retail Basic, Consumer Pro, and Newsfeed simultaneously. Each plan will cover a specific area of your business needs.
What happens if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, your campaign will be immediately interrupted, and your access to the platform may be restricted until the payment issue is resolved. You will be prompted to review and update your payment method.
