In this guide, you’ll learn step by step how to launch your own cashback campaign, from setting offer amounts and selecting eligible products to tracking redemptions and measuring ROI.
Step 1 - Log into the brand dashboard, go to 'Campaigns' and click on '+Create Campaign'.
Step 2 - Choose a campaign type!
Step 3 - Enter your Campaign name
💡 Pro Tip: Choose a name that clearly reflects the campaign’s goal or theme—something that speaks for itself and is easy to identify later.
Step 4 – Set Campaign Details
To add a campaign details, click on + Set Campaign Details and select a template
Step 5 - Complete/Update the Template Information
After selecting your mission template, begin by :
- Entering a clear and descriptive title
- Uploading an image that represents the mission.
- List the Eligible Product(s) for the Reward
- Enter the Reward Amount / Name
Step 7 - Rewards Selection
Add your Reward in the campaign

Step 8 - Campaign Reach
Select your campaign reach, by Country.
This campaign type is currently limited to Canada and the United States
Step 9 - Select when you want to launch your campaign
Before launching your campaign, you’ll need to choose the start date — either launch it immediately or schedule it for later.
🚨 Important
If your campaign includes money rewards, you must have sufficient funds in your brand wallet. If your wallet balance is below the required amount, the campaign will not launch.
Last Step - Set Campaign End Criteria
Decide how and when your campaign should end. You can choose from the following options:
📅 Specific End Date – The campaign will automatically close on the selected date.
💰 Budget Limit – The campaign ends once the allocated budget is fully used.
✅ You can select one or multiple criteria, and whichever is reached first will trigger the end of the campaign. This ensures flexibility and control over your campaign’s duration and spend.
