Stores on ENDVR can request to connect with your brand. As the brand, you control which stores gain access by approving or rejecting their request.
Below are the simple steps to review these requests:
Step 1 - Locate the Stores tab
The ''Stores'' tab can be located under ''Retailer Hub''
Step 2 - Pending Request
Locate the pending request with can be found between the Approved and Blocked Tab. This window will show all your pending store request
Step 3 - Review the request
Here you may approve or reject the reject from the store.
Note that when rejecting a request, you can either reject only, or reject and block.
- Choosing reject only simply declines their request.
- Choosing reject and block declines the request and prevents that store from requesting access to your brand again in the future.
