Want a brand's campaign in your store? Tell the brand what your store needs, right from the app. ENDVR sends your request to the brand.
đ¤ Who can request a campaign
Store managers of an approved store. Sales associates don't see the option.
Each request is for your store only. When a brand adds your store to a campaign, or creates one from your request, the campaign reaches your store.
đ Where to find it
You can start a request from three places in the app:
Home or Brands tab: tap REQUEST A CAMPAIGN on the Ask Brands for Campaigns card.
Brand Catalogue: tap REQUEST A CAMPAIGN on the card, or tap REQUEST under a specific brand.
đ Note: the old CONNECT button and the Invite a Brand features are gone. Requesting a campaign also asks the brand to connect with your store.
đ How to request a campaign
Step 1 - Choose what you need help with
Pick the goal that matters most. You describe your goal; ENDVR matches it to the right kind of campaign for the brand.
Boost sell-through of specific products: a sales incentive that rewards your staff for selling the brand's products
Motivate my team to sell more: a sales contest that keeps the floor engaged with the brand
Level up my team's product knowledge: digital education so staff can sell with confidence
Get shoppers buying in my store: cash back from the brand that gives shoppers a reason to buy from you, not online
Tap CONTINUE.
Step 2 - Choose the brand (If you started from a brand in the Brand Catalogue, youâll skip this step.)
Search for the brand and select it. You can request a campaign from one brand at a time. Brands already on ENDVR appear first.
Tag | What it means |
In your network | Your store already works with the brand. |
Not in your network | The brand is on ENDVR but doesn't work with your store yet. It will also be asked to connect with your store. |
Pending | You asked to connect and the brand hasn't answered yet. |
Unavailable | This brand can't receive requests from your store. You can't select it. |
Invite to ENDVR | The brand isn't on ENDVR yet. The next step asks for a contact. |
đĄ Tips:
Type at least 2 characters to find brands that aren't on ENDVR yet. They appear under Other brands.
If a brand has more than one account on ENDVR, you'll be asked which one you work with.
Tap CONTINUE.
Step 3 - Add a brand contact (brands not on ENDVR only)
If you picked a brand that isn't on ENDVR yet, type a contact email for the brand and tap CONTINUE. ENDVR emails that contact to invite the brand to ENDVR with your request. If the address isn't valid, you'll see "Enter a valid email."
Step 4 - Review and send
Check your need and the brand. Use the back arrow to change them.
Make your case to the brand: tell the brand why this campaign matters to your store (up to 2,000 characters).
Optional: add the products you want the campaign to focus on. Type a name and tap ADD. You can add up to 50 products, each up to 120 characters.
Tap SEND REQUEST, then Close on the confirmation.
â What happens after you send
The confirmation names the brand and says what happens next. It depends on where the brand stands:
A brand in your network: the brand sees your request in its Brand Portal under Campaigns > Requested, marked Mobile. It can add your store to an existing campaign, create a new campaign from your request, or decline.
A brand not in your network: the brand is also asked to connect with your store. If your store's retailer company already works with the brand, your store is connected right away.
A brand you've already asked to connect with: the brand sees your request together with your waiting connection.
A brand not on ENDVR: ENDVR emails your contact to invite the brand with your request. Once the brand signs up, your request is waiting in its Brand Portal.
đŹ How you hear back: when the brand adds your store to a campaign or creates one, the campaign appears in the app. The app doesn't show the status of your request yet.
1ď¸âŁ One open request per brand: you can't send another request to the same brand while the first is pending or viewed. Once the brand answers, you can ask again.
đ˘ Retailers: if you are a Store Manager with a Retailer Portal account, you can follow the requests your store sent in Retailer Web > Brand Network > Campaign Requests, marked Mobile. To sign-up for a Retailer Portal account please see How to Create and Claim Your Store on ENDVR (For Free!)
â Questions and troubleshooting
I don't see Request a Campaign.
Only store managers see it. Associates don't.
Can I ask several brands at once?
No. Send one request per brand.
Does a request connect my store to the brand?
It asks the brand to connect your store. If your store's retailer company already works with the brand, your store is connected right away.
A brand removed my store before. Does a request undo that?
No. Your store comes back as Pending, and the brand decides again.
Why did the brand change on the review screen?
You picked a brand under Other brands that is already on ENDVR. The app switches to that account and says so, for example "Arbor Lane is already on ENDVR, so we'll send your request to their account. Review it and tap Send Request."
