Step 1 - Create Campaign

Go to the Brand Portal, click Campaigns in the left navigation, then click +Create Campaign

Step 2 - Select Consumer Cash Back

Select Consumer Cashback and click Confirm

Step 3 - Enter your Campaign Name and Description

๐Ÿ’ก The name is internal only. It wonโ€™t be shown to customers. Use a short, recognizable title to help your team identify this campaign in reports and management tools.

The description will appear on the public campaign page. Use clear, simple language to explain what the customer needs to do.

Step 4 - Fill in your Campaign Details.

ENDVR makes it easy to give your associates all the essential information they need for a successful campaign.

  • Image - Add a visual representation of the mission. This image helps users understand what the mission is about.

  • Card Title - This title will appear prominently on the public offer card. Choose a short, clear title that highlights the main benefit or offer (e.g., "Get $15 Cash-Back").

  • Card Description - This description will appear on the public offer card, directly below the title. Use simple language to briefly explain what the customer needs to do to qualify (e.g., "Buy a pair of pants from participating stores and get $15 back."). Keep it concise.

Step 5 - Configure your Rewards.

Set the rewards for your campaign here. Define clearly the incentives associates and shoppers will receive when successfully completing tasks or reaching campaign objectives. Providing appealing rewards significantly boosts engagement.

Rewards can be offered as a fixed cash amount or a percentage cash back on the purchase.

โ— Note: Only cash rewards can be used for Consumer Cash Back campaigns.

Step 6 - Select your Target Stores.

Define which stores will receive and participate in this campaign. You can choose stores manually, use pre-defined groups, or import a list. Options include:

  • All Stores

  • Specific Stores

  • Specific Groups

  • Specific Countries

Once selected, these stores will receive the campaign when it is launched.

Step 7 - Add your Receipt Review Instructions.

This section is for internal use only and will not be shown to customers. Use this field to give your team guidance on how receipts should be evaluated. For example, eligible products, purchase limits, required proof details, and any exceptions.

๐Ÿ’ก If you have no additional instructions, simply select No Additional Information to proceed.

Step 8 - Choose when you want to launch your campaign.

Before launching, choose the start date. Either launch it immediately or schedule it for a later date.

๐Ÿšจ Important: If your campaign includes money rewards, you must have sufficient funds in your Brand Wallet. If your wallet balance is below the required amount, the campaign will not launch.

Last Step - Set your Campaign End Criteria.

Decide how and when your campaign should end. You can choose from the following options:

  • ๐Ÿ“… Specific End Date - The campaign will automatically close on the selected date

  • ๐Ÿ’ฐ Budget Limit - The campaign ends once the allocated budget is fully used.

You can select one or multiple criteria. Whichever is reached first will trigger the end of the campaign, giving you full flexibility and control over your campaign's duration and spend.

Your campaign is now live and shoppers can start claiming their cash back rewards!
