Want campaigns from more of the brands you sell? Brands connect with your store through your store manager or store owner. Tell ENDVR who manages your store, so the right person can add the brands you sell.
â Important Note: brands are responsible for the targeting. If you don't see a campaign you believe you should have access to, reach out to your representative or point of contact at the brand for help.
đ¤ Who adds brands to your store
Only store managers and store owners can ask brands for campaigns on behalf of their team. They do it with Request Campaign in the app. See How to Request a Campaign in the ENDVR App.
As a sales associate you don't see that option, but you can make sure your store manager is linked to your store in the app, or invite them if they aren't on ENDVR yet.
đ§âđź How to add your store manager
Step 1 - Find the card on Home
On the Home tab, look for the card called Help identify your Store Manager: Tap SELECT MANAGER.
Step 2 - Select your manager
You'll see your store's name and address, and your colleagues currently on ENDVR. Tap the circle next to your manager's name, then tap SUBMIT.
Step 3 - Can't find your manager?
Tap SEND AN INVITE next to "Can't Find Your Manager?" to invite them to ENDVR.

Letting your local brand rep know you're interested helps too. They're the ones who can target your store for their campaigns.
