LightReach finance products may fail to load for several different reasons. Find the error message you're seeing below for the relevant fix.
Error: "There was an error fetching the available options" or "No products are available for this financing method. Please try a different one or contact your Enerflo Admin"
Admins
Check that LightReach products are active by going to Settings > Pricing > Finance Options > LightReach Finance.
Check the LightReach portal directly. If products show there but not in Enerflo, use the Sync button in Enerflo to pull the most current information. If syncing does not resolve the issue, contact Enerflo support.
"Non-supported system configuration. The production factor is less than allowed for this market"
Sales Reps
Check that the offset is not too low. A low offset will prevent LightReach products from populating in the dropdown. To adjust the offset, submit a revision request to your design team or adjust the design yourself.
Check that the 1st Year Production / System size (aka Production Factor) meets LightReach's requirements. If this factor is below threshold, it will also cause an error. Contact LightReach for more information on production requirements.
"No pricing is available for this organization for this state and utility"
Sales Reps
Make sure the consumption profile has a utility selected, and that the utility is supported by LightReach by checking the list here.
Check that the design has a consumption profile attached. If not, add one.
"Not available due to design issues: LightReach Error: Array 1 has an invalid TSRF value (must be an integer between 1 and 100)"
This error means the design is missing valid TSRF data.
To resolve:
Update the TSRF value in your design tool.
Re-sync the design in Enerflo.
Click Update Pricing on the proposal stage.
For detailed steps on resolving TSRF and solar access issues, see Error: GoodLeap TPO solar access / TSRF data missing (steps also apply to LightReach).
"Palmetto LightReach has determined a battery is not allowed for this customer's account"
This decision comes directly from LightReach based on the customer's specific account eligibility. It is not caused by Enerflo equipment targeting rules and cannot be overridden by Enerflo support. LightReach may restrict batteries based on the customer's utility, location, account history, or other factors that are not visible in Enerflo.
To proceed, either:
Remove the battery from the design and continue with LightReach, or
Choose a different financing method.
If you believe this is an error, contact LightReach directly.
