There are several errors that a user may see that results in no LightReach products showing:

  1. "There was an error fetching the available options"

  2. "No products are available for this financing method. Please try a different on one or contact your Enerflo Admin"

  3. "Not available due to design issues: LightReach Error: Array 1 has an invalid TSRF value (must be an integer between 1 and 100. Please update TSRF in your design, then sync it again with your design software and update pricing on the proposal stage."

Admins

  • Check to make sure that LightReach options are showing as available by clicking Settings > Pricing > Finance Options > LightReach Finance.

  • Check the LightReach portal directly. If finance products show there, but not in Enerflo, use the Sync button in Enerflo to pull the most current information. If this does not update, reach out to Enerflo support for help.

Sales Reps

  • Make sure that the consumption profile has a utility selected, and that the utility selected in Enerflo matches the utility selected in LightReach.

  • Check to see if the design has a consumption profile attached. If not, add one.

  • Make sure that the utility works with LightReach by checking the list here.

  • Check that the offset is not low. When it is low, it will cause the LightReach products to not populate on the dropdown. To adjust the offset, the rep will need to submit a revision request to their design team or adjust the design themselves.

  • Check that the 1st Year Production / System size (aka Production Factor) will meet requirements. If this factor is below threshold, this will also cause an error in trying to get available products. Contact LightReach for more information on production requirements.

  • Confirm that the design includes TSRF information. Check the design card to ensure that solar access is above 0%. If not, follow the steps in this article to correct the issue.
