If you’re unable to see the 'Open/View in Scanifly' button on your design request, it is likely due to missing configuration settings in the affected user’s profile. The button will not appear if the assigned user’s Scanifly login email has not been configured in their V2 Integration settings. This email is required to link the user's Enerflo account with their Scanifly account.
Steps to Enable the Button
Follow this guide to navigate to the user's account settings.
Add the Scanifly Login Email - In the Integrations section, locate the Scanifly login email field. - Enter the Scanifly login email associated with the user. - Save the changes.
Once these steps are completed, the 'Open/View in Scanifly' button will appear on the user’s design page.
