When you edit an engagement, this also effects the Results Dashboard since the results dashboard is based on the questions within your engagement.
Editing Title & Description
You may edit the title and description of a question at any time. We suggest keeping changes to a minimum as to not unintentionally change the meaning of a question that people have already responded to. Doing this will affect the quality of your data.
Changing a sticky notes and action dots question
Sticky Notes Question
When you change an image in the engagement, that image is also updated in the results dashboard.
Important: Any responses gathered before the edit will still be present.

Once we update the image in the sticky notes engagement, it is also updated in the results dashboard above. Any responses gathered before the edit will still be present.
Action Dots Question
Below is a results dashboard from an action dots question showing the total numbers of submissions and the average results.
Warning: If you change an image on an action-dots question, the action-dots created before the edit will be lost. Responses gather before the edit will remain but will no longer match to the previous action-dot.
Now, let's change the image for this question.
As you can see above, when we try to change the image in the engagement builder (by clicking the Reset Image button), we'll get a warning that changing the image will also delete all the existing action dots.
Let's go ahead to update the image, place new action dots and re-open the results dashboard.
As you can see above, when we update the image and the action dots, the results in the results dashboard reset and the total submissions also reset to zero.
However the results from the previous image are still available in the submissions tab of the engagement builder.
