Action Dots allow us to gather feedback from "dots" or "points" placed on an image. A respondent may rate these dots between 1-5 stars by clicking on them.

1. Name your Engagement and Add a Question

Create a new engagement and give it a name. You can also add a description if you want more detail. You can always change this later.

Next, we will add our question! Click on the “Add Question” button.

2. Select your Question Type

Click the “Action Dots” button.

3. Add a question and description for your survey

The title (bubble 1) is mandatory but the description (bubble 2) is optional.

Once that is completed, scroll down to upload your image.

4. Upload your image

Click the "Choose File" button to select your image and then click on "Upload" to upload that image.

5. Place "dots" or "points" on your image

Once the image is uploaded, you need to add the points or action dots in your image. Respondents can then rate those points between 1-5 stars.

Click anywhere on the image to place an action dot. Each dot can have a title and a description. Once again, the title is mandatory but the description is optional.

You can add up to 10 action dots per image. Once you've added all the required action dots, click on the "Save" button to complete your question.

That's it. Congratulations on creating your Action Dots question.

6. Activating you Engagement

Go to the "Share" tab, click on "Mark as active", and copy the link by clicking the button near bubble 3. Now paste the link in new tab and hit go.
