One of the biggest advantages of Engage is having a dedicated results dashboard for all question types. These results dashboards can be used to view the result of an Engagement and can even be shared with others.

What does a Results Dashboard look like?

Above is an example of a results dashboard for an Action Dots question. You can view the total number of submissions on the upper right and the average rating for each note on the left.

Other question types will look a little different with custom results dashboards that bring the data to life and make it easy to understand..

There are 2 types of results dashboard, one public and the other private.

1. Public Results Dashboard

To view and activate the public results dashboard, head on over to the Share Tab, scroll down to the 'Results Dashboard' section, click on 'Mark as Enabled' and copy and paste the link in a new tab to view the results dashboard.

Important: This will activate a public results dashboard where people from the internet can view your results. This is completely optional and you can leave this turned off.

2. Private Results Dashboard

If you've prefer to keep your results private, or just want to view them faster, go to the "Submissions" tab. Over here, you can view each individual submission, the time when the engagement was responded. You can also extract this data as a CSV file.

You can even delete the individual responses (however you can't edit those responses) in the submissions tab.

Important: Deleting responses will not add them back to the number of remaining responses for the month. If you delete a response, you will no longer be able to access the content of that response, but the response will still count towards your limit for that month.
