If you are a patient who placed an order for toothpastes from our website and wish to know if they have been shipped to you already, then this article is for you.
We operate on two shipping services which you would have been asked to choose between at the checkout stage: Standard and Express.
Standard orders will be shipped via Royal Mail and should be delivered within 2-4 business days.
Express orders will be shipped via DPD and should be delivered within 1-2 business days.
Orders that qualify for Free delivery will be sent via the Standard service and will be delivered within 2-4 working days.
Please note that the lead times provided above do not take into account any potential delays from our couriers as these would be out of our control.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can keep an eye on your order and track its progress. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation with all the necessary information.
