Here's how it works:

Your journey begins with the Enlighten Serum for two weeks before you receive the Home Kit. During the entire treatment, you continue to use the Serum. For the first two weeks, you apply the gel overnight for as long as you're asleep, and for the third week, you use it during the day for one hour each day. Remember to keep the gels in the fridge at all times.

Before going to bed, follow your usual dental routine of brushing and flossing. Then, put one unit of gel into both trays, place them in your mouth, and go to sleep. Press gently against the trays once they are in place and a little excess gel should come out. You wipe it with a tissue, then go to sleep. Repeat the process every night for the two weeks and the same concept applies for the third week, except the trays will stay in for one hour only.
