If you are a Primary Account Holder or Secondary Account Holder (with access), please follow the step below.
NOTE: Printing is only available in the web browser. It is best to do the following steps in Chrome, Safari, or Firefox. If you are on the Enrollsy app, the system will direct you to log in to one of those browsers.
Step 1 - Home
Once signed in, click on Home from the Menu:
Step 2 - View
On the Home page at the top, you will see a list of Current, Paid, and/or Future Invoices (depending on if your company allows these to be seen in the customer portal). Click on "View" beside one of these invoices to see all the invoices.
Step 3 - Select Invoices
Next, select on the left-side all the invoices you want to print or download.
Step 4 - Print Invoices
Click the Printer icon at the top-right. You may have to scroll over to find the printer icon. Select Print on the next screen. Then choose either "Save as a PDF" or print the document from the Print screen. After printing it as a PDF, you can email the statement as an attachment.
Step 4b - Open in Browser (Computer)
If you are on the Enrollsy app, The system will direct you to open Enrollsy in a browser. You will need to use one of the browsers shown in the message below.
Click "Open in Browser to Print" to open Enrollsy in your default phone browser. NOTE: Printing is only supported on Google Chrome, Safari, or Mozilla Firefox.
You will be redirected to the sign-in page. Sign in again using your login credentials. Go through Steps 1 through 4 above again.
Step 5 - Download as CSV
To download the invoices as a CSV, click the export icon (you may need to scroll over to view the icon). This will download the invoices to a CSV, which can be opened in Excel or Google Sheets (or any other spreadsheet software).
