Login Permission

First of all, make sure you have login permission. An Admin user can verify this on the Instructor profile in the admin portal.

Sign In Link/URL

If you have login access, you may get this error message if they are not logging into the correct URL. Make sure you are logging into the Enrollsy Instructor App on a browser at app.enrollsy.com/teacher or app.enrollsy.com/instructor. If you have downloaded the Enrollsy app, be sure you are choosing "Instructor Login."

You can also sign in on the Enrollsy website (enrollsy.com) under "Sign In"

Correct Email Address

Make sure you are using the correct email address. An Admin user can verify this on the Instructor profile in the admin portal.

Password Reset Email

You may have received a password reset email but didn't click on it soon enough (password reset emails expire in 2 hours for security reasons). Be sure you check your junk/spam folders. You can also whitelist enrollsy.com by following these instructions, then try sending another password reset email.

Reset Multi-Factor Authentication

If an Instructor gets a new phone or changes their email address, another Admin User can reset their MFA (multifactor authentication). An Admin user can learn how to reset the MFA here.

If you still need help, use the resources on this page to troubleshoot or contact Enrollsy through chat.
