❗NOTE: If your company signed up with Enrollsy after 3/12/25, your account may not be within Enrollsy (and accessible to you). For questions about your subscription, billing, or account access, please contact us via chat or email support@enrollsy.com.
As an Admin user, you can log in to Enrollsy's Customer Portal to access your account and subscription with us. In short, you have two logins:
Enrollsy Admin User Account
You have an Enrollsy admin user account to log into to use the application. The link to log in to the Admin portal is app.enrollsy.com. You cannot manage your subscription with us from the Admin portal app.
Enrollsy Customer Account
You also have the Enrollsy Customer account that you can use to see your transaction history, pay your bill, and update your payment method. Our customer portal will have Enrollsy's logo at the top.
Are You in the Right Place?
Each company has two completely different logins:
Admin user account to log into to use the application (app.enrollsy.com)
Customer account (app.enrollsy.com/sign-in/enrollsy) — save this link for future reference; you will always need to sign in using that link.
How to sign in to your Customer (Billing) Account
Follow these steps to log in to your Enrollsy Customer (or Billing) Account:
Log in to from this URL: https://app.enrollsy.com/sign-in/enrollsy.
Click "Transaction History" to see your statement and explanation of charges.
On the "Home" page, you can view current, past, and future Invoices, as well as edit payment methods, and make payments.
On the "Content" page, there are several policies related to PCI Compliance (if you offer credit card payments), as well as EnrollsyPay fees and videos related to Security. See this article for more information.
Are You Using the Right Email Address?
Your company's Enrollsy Subscription Account is typically under the person who signed up for Enrollsy initially (unless it's been changed since sign-up).
If you don't know whose email address your Enrollsy account is under, please contact us with the chat button and we can let you know. We can edit this email address to whoever the main Account Holder needs to be.
Reset Password
Click the Setup/Reset Password button at the bottom of the Account Sign-In page (https://app.enrollsy.com/sign-in/enrollsy).
Reset Password Email
If you clicked the "Request Password" button, if you did not receive the password reset email, follow these steps:
Go through the process one more time and recheck your email. You will often receive a password reset email, but not click on it soon enough (password reset emails expire in 2 hours for security reasons).
Look in your inbox/junk/spam folders.
Whitelist enrollsy.com by following these instructions, then try clicking the Setup/Reset Password again.
Remember: When a reset password email is generated, only the most recent email's link will work to reset the password. Generating many reset password emails in a row is not advised because doing so will invalidate previously generated emails.
If you've tried all of these and still can't log in, contact Enrollsy to get additional help via chat or email support@enrollsy.com.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
If you are an active Enrollsy customer, your account was created when you signed up. If this is your first time logging in, please click "Request Password" to set a password.
If you are having issues resetting your password and are sure you are using the same email address you signed up with, please check your spam/junk folder (and then add support@enrollsy.com to your email contacts list). Only the most recently generated reset password email will be valid.
