If you have any outstanding Documents that need to be signed, uploaded, or downloaded, they will appear at the very top of the Customer App/Portal as shown:
View List of Documents
Click on the red band to see a list of Documents needed. The example above shows two Documents requiring attention. The Family Resources Document in the above example is download-only.
Download Documents
Click on the blue button to the right to download the Document to your computer.
NOTE: The red band will still say the Document is needed. An Admin will need to mark it as complete (or received) in your Account for it to disappear from the Customer Portal.
Upload Documents
The Immunization Form requires you to upload a Document (shot records). To achieve this, click on "Upload," and a window will open like one of the ones below.
Find your Document, click on it, and click "Open." This will upload the Document to your Account. After upload, the Document will disappear from the red band.
