Instructors can view Enrollees who are enrolled in their Class(es). They can also see Enrollees' Account information.

Click on the Activities page on the menu. Here is where you can see the Class(es) you have access to at the top:

Below that will be a list of all Enrollees currently enrolled in that Class:

To see the Enrollee and Account info collected during enrollment, click on the info button:

A window will open on the right side. Click on the Enrollee tab in the middle to see the Enrollee's Program(s) and Class(es).

Scroll down to see the Enrollee's information (or "Student" in this example), including Medical Info, Allergies, etc. (if this kind of information was on the Enroll Form).

Click the Account tab to see the Primary Account Holder's contact information:

You can also see the Secondary Account Holder's information, as well as any Emergency Contacts, Release Contacts, etc. (if this information was answered on the Enroll Form).

You can also view and edit Classes you have access to on the Classes page. Click on the down arrow on the right side of the Class and then the pencil icon to edit.

You can also reassign Enrollees on this page to another Class or Program.
