How to edit Charge Items on Payment Plans

Add/Remove Charge Items

To add or remove a Charge Item, simply click on the +/- button under Pricing > Total Program Cost. This adds or removes any current Charge Items.

Edit Charge Items

To create a new Charge Item or edit an existing one, head over to the My Company page. Click on the Items tab. Charge Items will be on the left-hand side.

See "How to Create a New Charge Item," to add a new Charge Item. To edit an existing Item:

  • Click on the pencil icon beside the Charge Item

  • Edit the Charge Item name

  • Click radio buttons beside the options you wish to change

  • Click Save
