Has one of your Instructors changed their email address or phone number? It's easy to change this information as an Admin user. Just follow these steps:
Step 1 - Instructors Page
Head to the Instructors page (My Company > Users > Instructors).
Step 2 - Edit Instructor Profile
Click the blue pencil icon beside the Instructor's name. Edit any of the information, including the following:
First and Last Name
Email Address
Cell Phone Number
You can also edit the following for each Instructor:
Role/Permissions. Learn how to change these here.
Locations the Instructor has access to:
Ability to login ("Uncheck to remove login") and ability to access all Classes
Availability/Instructor's schedule. Learn how to set that up here.
Reset the MFA Authentication. Find out how to do that here.
