Can an Instructor use the Kiosk for Separate Roles?

Learn how Instructors who have different roles can still use the Kiosk

Instructors who have two different roles within your company can use the Kiosk feature to clock in with the same email address, phone number, and PIN. When adding the Instructor, be sure to assign them separate roles in two different profiles.

NOTE: You can use the same email address by adding "+1" after your usual email address (before @gmail.com or your company domain)

For example, Susan Smith has an Instructor Role and an Assistant Director role. In Enrollsy, she will have two separate profiles:

  1. Susan Smith - Instructor Role using susan.smith@email.com (same phone number & PIN)

  2. Susan Smith - Assistance Director Role using susan.smith+1@email.com (same phone number & PIN)

Now your Instructor can use the same phone number and PIN to check in via the Kiosk.
