Learn how to pull a report that shows all payments for the last 3-12 months

An Accounts Receivable Payment Report, or A/R Payment Report, is an accounting document that gives you an overview of outstanding payments from Customers in the last three months and the last 12 months.

How to Create an A/R Payment Report

  1. Select the Reports tab on the left of your Admin portal. Next, select A/R Aging Reports.

  2. Click the down arrow under "Timeframe" at the top to select the date range you would like the Report to reflect. You can choose between "3 months" and "12 months."

What to View in this Report:

  • Account Names (Primary and/or Secondary Account Holders)

  • Contact info - Click the contact info icon to call or email the Account Holder

  • Payments made in the last 3/12 months depending on the timeframe chosen

  • Click on the down arrow beside the Payments to see more details

  • Total current balance (last column)

What to Do in this Report:

  • Send text messages to everyone on the Report by clicking the SMS bubble

  • Click the email icon to copy everyone’s email addresses
