Besides Enrollment Tags, we now have Account Tags and Enrollee Tags. This article will explain how to create these Tags and where they are viewable within Enrollsy.
Enrollments Table
The Enrollees Table > Enrollments Tab now shows all the Tags: Enrollments, Account, and Enrollee.
The new Tags will show by default, but an Admin User may have already altered which columns are being shown. In this case, they won't see the new default because their browser is storing the custom columns they want shown. You'll also notice the filter chips show which kind of Tag is being used to filter.
Accounts Table
The Accounts Table (Enrollees Table > Accounts) now shows the Accounts Tag. You'll notice that all the filters persist here as well, so you can see all accounts that have certain Enrollment or Enrollee Tags.
Enrollees Table
The Enrollees Table (Enrollees Table > Enrollees) now shows the Enrollees Tag. You'll notice that all the filters persist here as well, so you can see all accounts that have certain Enrollment or Account Tags.
Class List & Waitlists
You will now see all three Tags on the list of Classes.
Tags put on those on the Waitlist are now labeled "Waitlist Tags" and can only be seen on Waitlist enrollments.
Lead Tags
Tags entered on the Leads page are labeled "Leads Tags."
Customer Billing Page
The Customer billing page now has Account Tags in the top right.
Account Page
The Customer account page now shows Account Tags at the top of the page.
Enrollee Page
The enrollee page has various Tags, all labeled. Here you'll find Waitlist Tags on the Waitlist Enrollment Card, Enrollment Tags on the Enrollment Card, and Enrollee Tags in the top right corner of the Enrollee Card.
Instructor Portal Check-In/Check-Out
The Instructor Portal check-in/check-out page shows a superset of relevant Tags. This means you will see Enrollment, Account, and Enrollee Tags all mashed together on this page. You will see relevant Waitlist and Enrollment Tags, as well as Account Tags.
Customer Portal My Account
NOTE: The following Tags will show in the Customer Portal only if the Primary Account Holder is checked as someone who can view that particular Tag in the Tag settings. See this support article for how to create Tags.
The Customer Portal > My Account page shows Account Tags at the top.
On each Enrollee page, Customers can view Enrollee Tags at the top right corner. Enrollment Tags are viewable on each Enrollment Card.
Rosters
The only place where no changes have been made is Rosters. The Rosters page (from the Reports page or the Classes page) still shows ONLY Enrollment Tags at this time.
Summary
In summary, Account and Enrollee Tags are now a feature, and almost everywhere Tags exist, it tells you what kind of Tags they are.
