Steps:
Go to the Entrants Manager tab.
Click Void Picks.
Find the pick in the member's list and click Void [pick name] next to it.
A confirmation modal opens showing:
The pick being voided
The stake amount that will be returned
The net bank change and the member's bank after the void
Enter a Reason for voiding (required — between 5 and 500 characters). This is for the commissioner record.
Click Void to confirm.
Important notes
Voiding cannot be undone. Double-check the pick and reason before confirming.
The stake is returned to the member's bank automatically, and the pick is dropped from scoring — it won't count toward wins/losses.
The void reason is required, so have a quick note ready (e.g., "Entered after lock — entrant error," "Duplicate pick").
