If your Against the Spread (ATS) contest is set to use Commissioner-Set Spreads, the commissioner can manually enter spreads for the games on the picksheet.
There is no hard deadline for a commissioner to enter their custom spreads.
However, if the commissioner does not enter a spread for a game, the contest will use the Splash-provided spread for that game instead.
This ensures that a spread is still available for entrants even when the commissioner has not manually set one.
