Check out guides on how to physically set up your Thiamis, and how to generally add a sensor in Environet.
Setup Instructions:
Connect a 12V power supply to the 3 pole Euroblock connector or 5V power supply to either of the USB ports.
Plug the adapter cable into the GM460's auxiliary serial port on the bottom.
Connect the other end of the cable directly to the Thiamis 1000's RS-232 port.
When using a splitter cable, note which sensor is connected to each letter port for configuring in Environet when Adding Sensors.
Errors
When the GM460 is not reporting, check the configuration page or hover over the red status indicator for more information.
Timeout
The GM460has not responded to the requests made by the Thiamis and has timed out. It will continue to attempt communication but you can run through the general Troubleshooting Sensors steps to address common problems.
Tips on Specific Models:
Smart Sensors
Check the sensors are installed in the positions and configure accordingly:
For example if an NO2 sensor is the installed in smart sensor position 1 slot then configure it for the OP1 channel on the console.
Ensure RTD real time data function mode is on:
