The warranty is transferable on resale. The warranty terms apply from the date of initial purchase of the bicycle by the first purchaser. A second purchaser must be able to provide proof of purchase from the original purchaser.
The warranty does not apply if the instructions for use, maintenance and all other instructions in the user manual have not been followed. Thus, the warranty only applies to use under normal conditions of use (excluding rental or any other professional use) and does not cover damage resulting from improper use (use by two people at the same time, overloading, jumping, etc.), failure to observe the precautions for use or an accident.
The guarantee does not cover damage to parts showing visible traces of impact, due to a cause unrelated to the quality of the bicycle (accident, impact, fall, etc.).
The warranty does not cover damage caused by repairs or modifications made by the user or unauthorized technician. Modification of any component of the bicycle (frame and/or part, including paint) can result in serious injury.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from poor maintenance.

The guarantee does not apply to vehicles that have been de-rigged. The bicycle is considered unbridled if its motor provides a power of more than 250 W and if its electric assistance does not stop after 25 km/h.
