To validate emails in Eploy, log into the Core System and click Admin, followed by Security Settings then Validate Emails.
You'll need to validate each email domain that is used to send emails. This will be for the Agency Details domain in the top section and any domains in the bottom section.
Option 1 - Amazon AWS (1A London and 1B Ireland)
These are the setup/technical steps needed by you, the customer to set up this email method.
In the validate emails tool, click on Configure under Configure AWS.
At the bottom of the pop-up, you'll see the IP Addresses that you will need to White List.

Option 3 Amazon AWS (Reply To) – Basic
This method does not require any technical setup by you, the customer. As this method involves sending from an eploymail.co.uk email address, all the necessary setup is done by Eploy on your behalf (as it’s our email address and domain).
Option 4 Amazon AWS (Reply To) – Advanced

Existing customers using IIS SMTP server method
If you are currently using our IIS SMTP Server Method, you may wish to migrate to one of the options above.
Migrating to Option 1 (A&B) – Amazon AWS would be a ‘like for like’ replacement but would offer enhanced features such as DKIM and supporting sending over SSL/TLS. You could also migrate to Option 2 – SMTP Relay and you would benefit from your internal protocols and policies for your email servers.
Options 3 & 4 (Reply To methods) should only be considered if you cannot implement Options 1 or 2 as they give a reduced user experience.
