Welcome to Eploy!
Now that you've got your account all set up, it's time to log in.
In this article we will look at how to log in, what to do if you've forgotten your password and how to manage your Account Security Settings, which will appear when you first log in.
Logging in
Eploy can be accessed by navigating to https://yourcompany.eploy.net/admin/login.aspx
If you don't know what the correct URL to use is, please contact your local system Super User.
Enter your Username and Password, then click Log In.
Forgotten Password
If you do not have or do not know your password, your password can be reset by clicking Forgot Password.
When prompted, enter your user email address and click Continue.
If the email address you entered matches your Standard (Core System) User account, you will receive an email containing a link you can use to set a new password.
Logging in for the first time - Account Settings
The first time you log into Eploy, you'll be presented with the Account Settings screen.
From here you can:
Set your Avatar
Select a default role (this only shows if your user has multiple roles assigned to it
Confirm your User Display Name
Confirm your direct/internal email address
Enter a security question and answer
π Note User Display Name and Security Question/Answer are all mandatory fields. While you can close the pop-up without making any changes, it'll keep reappearing every time you access a Dashboard until you have answered these questions.
Appearance
In addition to the settings above, you can also select which Theme you'd like applied to your login, and whether you'd like it in Light or Dark mode.
There are three themes to choose from: Steel Horizon, Candy Skies and Forest Whisper.
Whichever theme you choose will be applied to your login and will remain until you choose to change it.
