After logging in to Equitas, you will see a dashboard which shows all the upcoming interview sessions for that day.
You can either click on the session - this will take you directly to the relevant interview campaign.
Or you can click on 'Go to campaign list'.
2. If you click on the 'Go to campaign list' button, you will see all the campaigns that you have access to. You can sort these by title, role, department, creation and next session time for easier navigation.
To open a campaign page, just click on the campaign title, or click on Actions - Open
3. You can view the interview introduction, opening and closing questions, competencies and main and probing questions by clicking through each section as shown below:

4. The interview lead/chairperson will be the only person who will have the option to Start an Interview. They will run the interview session and record it using their device.
The interview panel members will remain on the campaign page as shown under section 3 to have access to the interview questions during the interview.

5. Once the interview lead has completed the face-to-face interview session to capture and record the audio, all interviewers will be able to navigate to the scoring sheet to submit their scores.
6. To access the scoring sheets at any stage of the campaign, navigate to 'Actions' dropdown menu and select 'Score candidate'.
💡Please note that the scoring sheets will be available only after the interview session has been completed. You might need to refresh the page (click on refresh icon on your browser or hit F5 key on your keyboard) after the interview has finished to access the scoring sheet.
