Batch Picking is a quick way to pick confirm your Order items all at once, speeding up the allocation process.
How does it work?
Batch Picking works by picking the item first in the available list when you would typically pick confirm.
The items need to be in the To Pick status.
Step By Step
Create an Order
Add your Products through Quick Pick or Add Order Item
The option for Batch picking will appear.
You can then select the Order Items you want to take using the tick boxes
When pick confirmation is required for serialised and/or batch‑controlled items and automatic stock selection is desired, the relevant toggles are set to Yes by default from the Company details - Preferences. These settings can be changed to No if the user’s role permissions allow it.
Accept Batch Picking
You have now Batch Picked your items. You can now proceed with the booking out or dispatch process.
