Interactive Dashboard

A step by step guide to helping you get the most out of your dashboard

Updated over 3 weeks ago

This intuitive, widget-based interface empowers you to personalize your workspace, adding, arranging, and customizing widgets to surface the insights that matter most, without needing developer support.

From tracking top-selling products to monitoring activities and accessing shortcuts, the dashboard offers a rich set of interactive, configurable tools. It’s responsive across devices and built with performance and accessibility.

What is my dashboard?

The dashboard is the first screen you see when you sign in to ERP Go. It’s personalised to each user account based on the pods you select and the role you have been assigned.

Adding Widgets to your dashboard

To begin editing, click the Edit button on your dashboard. This action will switch the interface to Edit mode, allowing you to make changes.

Click the Add button to insert widgets. A list of available options will appear for you to choose from.

Custom Views

A custom view provides a filter on key entities so that you can see specific real-time information.

We’ve already set up several custom views to get you started but if you're looking to create any more for further information, check out: What are Custom Views?

Click the Cog Icon to configure the Widget

This action will open the Configure Widget view, where you can adjust settings and customize the widget to your needs.

Here, you can change the Title, select a specific colour for the widget and choose the custom view you want to display on your dashboard.

Click Save to apply your settings, or Cancel to exit the widget configuration without saving changes or leave the widget configuration.

Click and drag the resize control in the bottom-right corner to enlarge or shrink the widget.

Use the left mouse button to drag and drop the widget to your desired location on the dashboard.

Top Selling Products

This widget provides an overview of your top-selling products, displaying up to 10 items. You can choose to present the data in either a table or a chart format - Bar, Horizontal Bar, Pie, or Doughnut - and view the values as either absolute numbers or percentages.

Order Summary

This widget summarizes your order data, showing total revenue. You can choose to display the information using a line chart, bar chart, horizontal bar chart, and view values as either absolute numbers or percentages. Available time periods include the last 12 months, last month, or the current month. You can add this widget multiple times to compare different values side by side.

Activities Due

The Activities Due widget provides an overview of your tasks and their due dates. You can filter tasks by period, such as Today, Tomorrow, This Week, Next Week, Overdue, or Upcoming (Next 7 Days), using the dropdown menu. A maximum of 10 activities will be displayed at a time.

Top Customers

Use this widget to view your top spending customers, with a maximum of 10 displayed.

Shortcut Links

Quick Access offers one-click shortcuts to your most frequently used features, allowing you to navigate directly without needing to scroll through the navigation menu.

When you're finished editing your dashboard, click the Done Editing button to save your changes.
