Gain instant access to product availability sales items

ERP Go enables your business to access live planned product availability from anywhere. You will have a complete view of the availability of your products helping you to respond faster to customers to ensure the right product is available at the time they need it.

Navigate seamlessly across multiple screens within ERP Go to get live insight into stock availability and location. Check out the Stock View and Availability screen to get you started with delivering a more productive service.

Stock View Screen

The stock view screen provides you with a view of all of your products including live availability.

Head to Products > Stock View to get started.

To quickly lookup a product, use the global search option or simply select your products for a breakdown by category.

Hover over the product and click Preview to load up a snapshot of the item.

Here we can view item details, associated orders and invoices.

The Stock View also shows a quick breakdown of the availability of the items within the products you’ve selected.

  • Held

    Total Quantity of items you own for that product

  • Provisional

    Quantity of items appearing on Provisional Orders

  • Ordered

    Quantity of picked or items to pick on Orders

  • Available

    Quantity of items currently Available, which is calculated as Held – (Provisional + Ordered)

You can also filter out any items with a zero quantity (for example they have been sold off / disposed of) by using the button as shown below.

Availability Screen

The availability screen shows how much stock you have available.

The Availability Screen in ERP Go provides a real-time view of stock levels across your locations. It shows current quantities on hand (held), items allocated to sales orders (ordered), incoming stock from purchase orders (Purchase Ordered), and any outstanding backorders (On Back Order). The colour will be green if there is a positive number Available.

This helps you:

  • Quickly check if an item is available before confirming a sale

  • Plan replenishment based on demand and supply

  • Manage partial deliveries more effectively

  • Identify stock shortages or overstock situations

Simply enter your search criteria for a quick glance of your availability in ERP Go.

The number of Available stock will be reduced by stock which is on a Provisional, or Confirmed sales order.

The Include Quotes option Allows you to include or exclude items that are currently allocated to quotes. This helps you assess potential future demand and make informed decisions about stock availability and purchasing needs.

The Shortages Only view displays products where the Allow Item Shortages setting is enabled and the current stock level has dropped below zero. It provides a quick way to identify items that are oversold or understocked, helping you take corrective action such as reordering or adjusting allocations.

The Backorder toggle allows you to view items that are currently on backorder, meaning they have been ordered by customers but are not yet available in stock.
