When a CNA, STNA, LNA, GNA, LPN, or RN submits a timecard that has incorrect information, or for a shift for which they haven't shown up for, you will have the ability to reject this timecard.

In order to reject a timecard, you must select a reason for rejecting the timecard. The available options are:

  • Nurse never showed up for shift

  • Wrong clock in time

  • Wrong clock out time

  • Other

If you select 'other' a text box will pop up where you can provide more detail about the reason.

Once a rejected timecard is submitted then a Nurse will get a notification, if the reason for the rejection is a wrong clock in/clock out time, then the Nurse will have the ability to update their clock in/clock out time and re-submit the timecard.

The Facility Manager will get a notification once a timecard has been re-submitted, with the ability to accept or reject it again.

If you are having difficulty sorting out a timecard, please contact us support@eshyft.com and we'll do our best to help.
