Manage user access and permissions

Available for admin users - invite new users, change permissions and remove users

Under Options/Account/User admins can manage all users that have access to their database

All actions are available via the table menu. The information in the table can be searched, sorted and filtered

A new user can be invited to join the database, and other actions can be performed by, clicking on the user's name and selecting the action to perform. Depending on the user selected, different actions will become available.

Actions available;

  • Invite user - send an email to a new user to permit access to the database

  • Manage Permissions - manage what the user has access to within the database

    • Enable - enable a disabled user so they can access the database again

    • Disable - disable a user so they no longer have access to the database

    • Delete - remove a user from the database. Will no longer appear in the view and will have to be reinvited if they require access again

  • Resend Verification Email - if a user does not receive their original invite, the email can be resent.

  • Refresh - refresh the table after making changes

  • Excel Export - export the table information to excel

  • Print - print the table information in a PDF

  • Admin - access to all functionality in database and ability to invite new users and modify existing users

  • General - Basic functionality which can be modified for low level use of the database

  • Financials - access to perform financial tasks including month end

  • Custom - customise access for a user. All options available except admin permissions

  • Mobile only - for Trainer Pro packages - create users for riders, jockeys and practitioners so they can manage their work via a mobile device

A user can be set to one of the following Account Statuses

  • Active - active user in the database

  • Disabled - user has been deactivated and can no longer access the database. Can be enabled at any time

  • Awaiting Verification - email invite has been sent but not acted on.
