A run can
have one truck allocated
more than one driver assigned
be created with a minimum of a name and a status of Tentative
A run can be created on the movement screen by selecting the + next to Run
A run can also be created on the following views
as well as under the Dispatch tab - Manage run panel.
When Create Run is selected on the views, the following will be displayed
Run name - run description - mandatory
Driver(s) - Driver(s) names can be selected from a drop down box. Multiple drivers can be added to a run. A driver is added via the People menu
Truck - The truck can be selected via a drop down list. A truck is added via Settings/Trucks
Schedule Date and Time - The date/time the run is scheduled to leave
Run Status - Set to Tentative (default) or Scheduled
Once the run information has been entered, select Save & Close. If Close is selected all changes will be lost.
