This field can be selected by a user to indicate that it is okay to display the transactions relating to a movement. The transactions can then be added to a tax invoice or a bi-monthly/end of month statement as part of the Month End process.

The user can select OK to Bill via the Ready to Bill view. This is done by double clicking the row and selecting the OK to Bill check box or by selecting the row then edit, then click in the OK to Bill check box and Update.

Once OK to Bill has been selected, the transactions for the movement(s) and any extra charges will be displayed in the relevant sections.

If charge to is Client, then the transaction(s) will be displayed in the Person record for the client that is being charged for the job.

If charge to is the Horse then the transactions will be under the Horse record. The transactions can also be viewed under the Finance menu, Transactions.

The tax invoice or bi-monthly/end of month statement can then be created.
