Go to the Bookings - Uninvoiced view. Before an invoice can be created the Service Fee, Who to charge and Service field must be completed.

  • Who to charge - Owner(s) at date of service or Current Owners

  • Service - the service account to be used for the booking

Filtering can be used to reduce the number of bookings displayed on the view.

When the Who to charge and Service have been entered for all bookings to be invoiced, select the checkbox next to the bookings. Select Create Tax Invoice at the top of the view.

A summary of tax invoices to be created will be displayed in a table.

If changes are need then select Close at the bottom of the screen otherwise select Create Tax Invoice to create the invoices.

When the tax invoices have been created a message will appear at the top of the screen.

Go to Finance/Tax Invoice Search to review, email or reverse the invoices. Options are found under the small gear on the right of the tax invoice.

If a tax invoice is incorrect and has not been paid it can be reversed and done again once the issue is fixed.

If a horse has multiple owners and one tax invoice has been paid, none of the other tax invoices can be reversed for that booking. To resolve this issue either a reallocation of funds will need to be done under the horse or an adjustment under the Finance menu.
