Dispatch will display movements that have not been added to a run in the Movement Panel.

Manage Run Panel allows the user to create a new run then add movements by dragging and dropping from the Movement panel. Existing runs can also be updated.

The run drop-down list on the Manage Run Panel will only show Scheduled or Tentative runs. If a user needs to make a change to a run that has been marked completed or cancelled, go to the Runs - All view under the Movement tab, search for the run name and change the status to Scheduled.
