Editing a project

  1. Click Projects on the sidebar menu.

  2. Click the project to edit.

  3. Click the Settings icon at the top right.

  4. Update the information as needed.

  5. Review the changes, and click Save.

Archiving a project

  1. Click Projects on the sidebar menu.

  2. Click the project to archive.

  3. Click the Archive icon at the top right.

  4. Click Continue on the confirmation message.

Starring a project

  • To star a project, click the star icon on the project card. Starred projects always appear at the top.

Changing the view

  • Click any of the Brand, Card or List view icons (from left to right) at the top right to change the view.

Note:

  • Only 'Owner' and 'Editor' in Organisation team or 'Project Leader' and 'Supervisor' in Project team can edit project settings.

  • Organisation team roles override all other roles. For example, 'Owner' in Organisation team can add, edit, and archive project content regardless of their project role.

  • Edited project settings are automatically updated for all assigned project team members.

  • While archived projects will be inaccessible to team members, their content will remain visible in the modules (Threads, Imaginations, Voiceovers, etc.) where it was originally created.
