You can easily manage your existing projects from the main Projects screen to keep your workspace organised. From here, you can edit, delete, star, and change the view of your projects.
Editing a Project
Click Projects on the sidebar menu.
Select the project you wish to edit from the list or card view.
In the project's left sidebar, click Settings.
Update the project's information as needed in the fields provided.
Review your changes and click Save at the bottom of the page.
Accessing Project Generations
The Generations tab is the central library for all content created within your project.
It displays all the Threads, Docs, Imaginations, and other assets that have been generated using this project's specific context.
This provides a complete overview of all project-related outputs, keeping your work organised and easy to find.
Click on any card to open the corresponding Thread, Document, or Imagination directly.
Pinning and Starring a Project
On the main Projects screen, you can pin or star important projects for better visibility and access.
Click the three-dots menu on the project card you want to manage.
From the Actions menu, choose one of the following:
Pin: This moves the project to a dedicated Pinned section at the top of your screen.
Star: This adds a star icon to your project, making it easy to identify visually.
Changing the View
You can change how your projects are displayed by clicking the view icons at the top right of the main Projects screen.
List view (three lines icon): Displays your projects in a compact, vertical list.
Card view (four squares icon): Displays your projects as larger visual cards.
Grouped view (grouped squares icon): Displays your projects as cards organised alphabetically under their respective Brand headings.
Deleting a Project
Click Projects on the sidebar menu and select the project you want to delete.
Click the Delete icon (trash can) at the top right of the project's screen.
Click Continue on the confirmation message to permanently delete the project and all its contents.
Notes on Permissions and Access
A user must first be a member of your Organisation team before they can be added to a project.
Your Organisation role (Owner, Editor, Collaborator) can sometimes override your project-specific role. For example, an Organisation Owner has full permissions across all projects, regardless of their assigned project role.
If you are removed from a project, you will no longer have access to it, but the assets you created will remain in the project.
