Follow these instructions for basic asset management, including assigning assets to projects and collections, copying prompts or URLs, downloading, and archiving. For image manipulations and transformations, see customising images and audio.

Assigning an asset to projects and collections

  1. Click Imaginations on the sidebar.

  2. Click the three dots below the asset.

  3. To copy the prompt used for generating the asset, hover over Copy and click Prompt.

    • Use the copied prompt as is or modify it to generate a similar asset using Imaginations, or save it for future reference.

  4. To copy the URL (only for a visual asset), hover over Copy, and click Copy URL.

  5. To add or remove the asset from a project, hover over Add to Projects, and:

    • Click the project name to add.

    • Click the project name with a tick mark to remove.

    • Repeat to add or remove the asset from more projects.

  6. To add or remove the asset from a collection, hover over Add to Collection, and:

    • Click the collection name to add.

    • Click the collection name with a tick mark to remove.

    • Repeat to add or remove the asset from more collections.

  7. To download an asset to your device, click Download.

Archiving an asset

  1. Click Imaginations on the sidebar.

  2. Click the card for the asset to archive.

    • If you want to archive an asset along with all iterations and enhancements, directly click the Archive icon at the top right, and go to step 6.

  3. Click the specific generation or iteration to archive.

  4. Click the three dots on the right corner.

  5. On the Options menu, click Archive.

  6. Click Continue on the confirmation message.

Starring an asset

  • To star an asset, click the Heart icon at the bottom of the asset card on the Imaginations main screen.

Changing the view

  • Click any of the Brand, Card or List view icons (from left to right) at the top right to change the view.

Note:

  • Content generation and visibility is based on the current workspace and your roles within the Organisation and Project teams. Your personal workspace displays only the content you have generated, while Organisation workspaces show all content you have generated across projects.

  • Your roles in the Organisation Team take precedence over your roles in the Project Team. For instance, if you are designated as 'Owner' in the Organisation Team, you can view, edit, and archive project content, regardless of your role in Projects.

  • If you are removed from a project, you can view but not edit assets you have created.

  • While archived projects are inaccessible to you, the content remains visible in the Dashboard and modules (Threads, Imaginations, Voiceovers, etc.) where it was created.
