Renaming an existing thread

  1. By default, all new threads are named based on a brief summary of your text prompt. To rename a thread, click the three dots next to that thread.

  2. On the Actions menu, click Rename.

  3. in Edit Thread popup window, type the new Name.

  4. Click Update.

Filtering threads

  1. Click the Filter icon next to the Search bar.

  2. In the Threads filters popup window, select a Brand.

  3. Select a Project to filter further by brand and project.

  4. Click 'X' to clear your selection.

  5. Click anywhere outside the popup window to close.

Archiving a thread

  1. Click Threads on the sidebar.

  2. Click the three dots next to the thread to archive.

  3. On the Actions menu, click Archive.

  4. Click Continue on the confirmation message.

Starring a thread

  1. To star a thread, click the three dots next to that thread.

  2. On the Actions menu, click Star.

Note:

  • Content generation and visibility is based on the current workspace and your roles within the Organisation and Project teams. Your personal workspace displays only the content you have generated, while Organisation workspaces show all content you have generated across projects. Threads will always remain private to you, regardless of your role and workspace.

  • Organisation team roles override all other roles. For example, 'Owner' in Organisation team can add, edit, and archive project content regardless of their project role.

  • If you are removed from a project, you can view but not edit the assets you created.

  • While archived projects are inaccessible to you, the content remains visible in the Dashboard and modules (Threads, Imaginations, Voiceovers, etc.) where it was created.
