Editing and Transforming Images in Imaginations
Imaginations provides a powerful set of tools to help you refine, transform, and evolve any visual you create. All work is organised into Sessions, which act as containers for your creative explorations.
It is important to understand the two levels of management: you can perform high-level actions (like renaming or pinning) on an entire Session from the main Imaginations screen, or you can open a Session to access a deep suite of creative tools to edit an individual image or iteration.
Managing an Imaginations Session
From the main Imaginations screen, where all your sessions are displayed, you can perform the following actions:
Hover over any Session card.
Click the three-dots menu that appears.
From the Actions menu, you can:
Rename: Change the name of the entire Session.
Pin: Pin the Session to the top of your list for quick access.
Archive: Remove the entire Session from your active view.
Editing and Transforming an Individual Image
To use the full suite of creative tools, you must first open a Session.
From the main Imaginations screen, click on any Session to open it.
In the right-hand panel, select the specific image or iteration you want to edit.
Use the Options menu to access all creative and organisational tools for that specific image explained in the section below.
Creative and Editing Tools
Remix: Modify your original prompt or use an existing image as a style reference. This allows you to generate new variations while maintaining the core essence of your creation, making it perfect for ensuring brand consistency across different visuals.
Vary: Generate four new visual options that maintain the original's style, theme, and colour palette. This is ideal for exploring subtle differences and finding the perfect iteration without starting over.
Inpaint & Outpaint: Edit your images with precision.
Inpaint allows you to select and regenerate a specific part of an image to replace objects or fix small details.
Outpaint lets you expand the canvas in any direction, seamlessly adding new elements to broaden the visual scope of your image.
Vectorize: Convert flat graphics or logos into a scalable vector format (SVG). This is essential for design work where assets need to be resized without any loss of quality.
Upscale: Enhance the resolution and detail of your image.
You can upscale in gradual steps (from 1x to 4x), use text prompts to guide the enhancement (e.g., "add vibrant autumn colours"), and compare the results with a simple "Before-After" slider.
Remove BG: Automatically remove the background from an image to create a clean, transparent PNG. This is perfect for product shots, logos, and marketing materials.
Motion (Image-to-Video): Transform your static image into a full video clip. Selecting this opens the video generation window, automatically loading your image as the Start frame or Video Reference. You can then add a text prompt to describe the scene and set the duration for your new video.
Utility and Organisational Tools
Describe: Generate a detailed text description for any visual. This is perfect for creating professionally written titles and descriptions for branding, generating SEO-friendly alt text, or simply understanding the content of an image you have created in Imaginations or uploaded from your device.
Download: Save the selected image directly to your device.
Add to Projects: Link the selected image to a specific project.
Add to Collections: Save the selected image to a Collection for easy organisation and reuse.
Archive: Remove the selected image from the Session view.
Using the Image Gallery
Click Imaginations in the sidebar.
Select an image card to open the gallery view.
Use the following features:
Zoom in or out using the magnifier icon.
Pan using the mouse.
Navigate iterations using the left and right arrows.
Download the current image using the icon at the top-right.
Click X to exit the gallery.
Notes on Permissions and Access
A user must first be a member of your Organisation team before they can be added to a project.
Your Organisation role (Owner, Editor, Collaborator) can sometimes override your project-specific role. For example, an Organisation Owner has full permissions across all projects, regardless of their assigned project role.
If you are removed from a project, you will no longer have access to it, but the assets you created will remain in the project.
A Note on Platform Updates
Euryka is a continuously evolving platform. As we integrate new features and the latest AI models, you may occasionally encounter a temporary display issue or a delayed response.
In most cases, a simple browser refresh will resolve the problem. If the issue persists, logging out of your account and then logging back in will clear your session and typically corrects the behaviour. If you continue to experience any issues, please contact our support team.
