The Generations tab is the central library for all content created within your project. It displays all your associated Threads, Docs, Voiceovers, and Imagination Sessions in one organised view.

Management options on this screen differ depending on the type of asset.

Managing Imagination Sessions

An Imaginations Session is a collection of related visual or audio generations created as a single creative task.

To manage an Imagination Session, click the three-dots menu on its card. This will open a list of actions:

  • Rename: Select this to change the name of the Session.

  • Pin: Select this to move the Session to a 'Pinned' section at the top of the screen for quick access.

  • Archive: Select this to remove the Session from your active project view.

Accessing Other Project Assets

For all other assets, such as Threads, Docs, and Voiceovers, the Generations screen acts as a visual index. To interact with them, simply click on the asset card. This will open the asset directly in its respective tool (Threads, Docs, etc.), where you can continue your work.

A Note on Permissions and Visibility

  • Role Hierarchy: Your Organisation role takes precedence over your Project role. For example, an Owner in the Organisation team can view, edit, and archive all project content, regardless of their assigned role in a specific Project.

  • If You Are Removed from a Project: You will still be able to view the assets you created, but you will no longer have permission to edit them.

  • If a Project is Archived: The project itself will become inaccessible, but its content remains visible. You can still find and access the individual assets in their original creation tools, such as Threads, Docs, or Imaginations.
