How To Transfer/Switch My Account to Another Email?

1. Create an Evaboot account with your new email address

Go to the Evaboot website and sign up with the new email address you want to use. Ensure that the new email address is active and accessible before proceeding with the migration process.

2. Transfer Your Account


Connect to your old account and go to:

  1. Account

  2. Settings

  3. Enter the new email

  4. Click on Transfer


2. "This User Doesn't Exist"


If you see this error message:

It means you are trying to transfer the account to an email that doesn't exist on Evaboot database. First, create the new account Then, transfer your old account to your account. Additionally, ensure that the payment method associated with the account is updated during the transfer process.

3. What Data is Being Transferred?


Evaboot will transfer everything to the new account:

  1. Credits

  2. Payment method

  3. Export history

  4. Team
